Our exclusive flagship Carlingford and Louët-Feisser oysters. Unique sweetness with depth of flavour, taste the richness of the Irish Lough.

No Shucking Required! Oysters are freshly shucked, sealed & packed with ice in a thermal packaging. Deliver straight to your venue, ready to serve upon delivery.

All oysters are shucked at the nearest possible time prior to delivery to ensure freshness. Lemons and Tabasco are included.

Note:

-Delivery is a flat rate starting from $6.00 (regardless of items)

-No amendments, cancellation or refund once order is processed.

-Thermal Insulated packaging keeps Oysters chilled for up to 2 hours, please store oysters in chiller (Not Freezer) for non immediate consumption. Our team takes the highest care with shucking to ensure that they don't bleed so oysters are fresh and alive when delivered, but that being said, customers are encouraged to consume oysters as soon as possible but not exceeding 3.0 hours upon delivery.

-All customers are presumed fit to consume raw oysters and The Oyster Cart will not be responsible for any associated illness arising

-TOC reserves the right to cancel any order and in the event cancellation occurs, TOC shall notify customer and do a full refund.

-Customers are deemed to have accepted The Oyster Cart's Terms and Conditions, and indemnity waiver upon purchase.
